Online Delivery Options

I currently offer two different delivery options for your exercise programs and monitoring. Please consider which option you are most comfortable with.

Both methods can lead to the same fitness results. It is strictly a personal choice, and what you feel most comfortable using.


Software delivery

Communication, exercise programs, tracking and monitoring, etc., can all be done using a specified software. You would be sent a link to create an account in the software and to download the App. Once you have an account, an exercise program will be designed specifically for you in the software. Your exercise program can be followed by printing it out, pulling it up on the computer, or opening it in the App. You would also need to log in your weights, repetitions, etc. as you exercise so I can track and monitor your progress.

Email

If the software option isn’t for you, then we can utilize email. I can email your workout program to you. It can be printed out, or filled out on your computer following each exercise session. Then, following each workout, you can either email me a copy, or take a photo of your exercise card and send it to me.

One Month Plan - $150

Three Month Plan - $400

  • Gym or Home based program.
  • Weekly monitoring of exercise program.
  • Weekly emails and/or phone calls.
  • Fitness assessments and tracking if needed.
In-Person Consultation

If time permitted, and client is local to Huntsville, Alabama, I will do an in-person consultation for anyone purchasing a month package.

In-Person Training - $60 per session

Online training is the priority. However, in certain circumstances, one-on-one in-person sessions may be scheduled with individuals located in the Huntsville, Alabama area. This would usually be limited to one or two sessions at the beginning of a new program, just to make sure the exercises are being done correctly.

FAQ:

Do I have to go to a gym to do this program?
No, you do not have to go to a gym. I can design a program for you to use at home, if that would be a better, more comfortable setting for you.
What if I don’t know anything about a weight room, using the machines or working out?
How will this work if you’re not there with me?
Whether you choose to workout at home, go to a gym, or any other scenario, I can design your program to include detailed instructions and videos so you know exactly what you need to do. And if you choose to use the online app, you can use your phone to see your program, including the videos and Instructions, while you’re at the gym! But if you are still unsure about what you are doing, we can even schedule a time to facetime during one of your exercise sessions to make sure you’re on the right track.
Can you help me with my nutrition, or design a food plan for me?
No, this is something that I do not do. I can encourage you to eat healthy, and even suggest you use something like My Fitness Pal, to monitor your caloric intake, and identify trends and/or challenges in your diet. However, I am not a Registered Dietician, which in many states, including my own, is a requirement to designing nutrition plans. But in addition, and regardless of the legal aspect, I’m a big proponent for “staying in my lane” and doing what I do best, which is fitness. So, if nutrition is what you feel you need most, I would be happy to refer you to a Registered Dietician.
